Is my UnitedHealthcare plan ending in Georgia?

Check the list above for your plan name or plan ID. A plan can be listed because it was renumbered or replaced, so your plan notice is the final word. UnitedHealthcare must notify you if your plan is not renewing.

When can I pick a new plan?

The Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 to December 7, and new coverage starts January 1. People whose plan is not renewing generally get extra time afterward. Confirm your dates with Medicare.gov or your plan notice.
